March 2022 Release Note

Hello World! We’re stoked to announce that we’ve made many cool updates and upgrades to HeyForm. And this time, we’ve done some heavy lifting. We’ve put a lot of effort into improving our product’s design aesthetics and core features.

Meet the new, improved dashboard UI.

We’ve been working on this for a while. And we believe the current UI is more sleek and easy to navigate when compared to our previous releases.

A simple and straightforward way to add form blocks

Time is precious. Time is money. With the new update, we wanted our users to be more productive with HeyForm. That’s why we’ve implemented a much simpler way to add form fields blocks. All you have to do is type ‘/’ to add form blocks.

You can delete your account.

We care about privacy just as you do. And from now on, when you feel the time is right, you can delete your HeyForm account from the settings. Please note that your action is final, and it will permanently delete your entire account. All your forms, submissions, and workspaces will be deleted.

Export all your data at once.

Yes, you’ve heard it right. Visit the Workspace Setting to make a request. Sit tight, and you’ll get an email with all your forms settings in one file.

Sign in with Google

We care a lot about your onboarding experience. That’s why we’ve implemented a new OAuth 2.0 flow and token lifecycle. Now you can Sign in to HeyForm with your Google.

Set Thank You and Welcome pages

A much need feature, isn’t it? Well, we’ve just made sure now you can greet your audience to your HeyForm with a Welcome Page. You could set a Thank You page as well. Both features are available as form blocks.

New Typeface

We love Inter, and it was our main font till the last release. But for this release, we’ve decided to go with a Typeface that goes linear with our design aesthetics and UI. That’s why we chose Public Sans, a strong, neutral typeface for interfaces, text, and headings.

Other notable updates:

We’ve made considerable changes to the technical SEO of our blog section. We’ve implemented a new schema markup to help the search engines understand us better.

The guest blogging is window open now. You or your friends can publish original content on HeyForm from today onwards. However, please keep backlinks to a bare minimum, i.e., one backlink per article.

We’ve fixed several integration-related bugs to offer you a pleasant user experience.
